Anna Froggatt

Victoria Primary School

Anna is the Head Teacher at Victoria Primary School in The Meadows. Since joining the school in 2016, she was part of the Senior Leadership Team that achieved Good with Outstanding for Leadership in the most recent Ofsted Inspection. Amongst other areas, Anna developed the mathematics curriculum for the school, impacting significantly on achievement at KS1 and KS2 which was identified by Ofsted in the 2019 inspection as the strongest subject by outcomes.

Before coming to Victoria, Anna taught in Oxfordshire, United Arab Emirates and Nottinghamshire. In Oxfordshire, Anna enjoyed developing relationships between European schools through video conferencing where she learnt 'edu-speak' in both French and German. Whilst teaching in Nottinghamshire, Anna spent a significant time supporting colleagues in primary schools across the county to improve teaching and learning.

Anna is passionate about developing people. From ensuring that children have the best chances to be the most successful, to coaching colleagues so that they are empowered to lead well in their area of expertise, to working as partners with governors and actively seeking parental involvement through relationships built on trust and respect.
